TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

6B Solutions LLC DBA Rifle Guru
  1. Parties
    “Seller” means 6B Solutions LLC, doing business as Rifle Guru.
    “Buyer” means the individual or entity submitting a purchase order or placing an order with Seller.
  2. Application
    These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales of equipment, parts, supplies, materials, firearms, components, accessories, custom rifle builds, and services (collectively, “Equipment”) sold by Seller to Buyer.
    These Terms are incorporated into and form part of every quotation, invoice, purchase order, work order, shipping instruction, electronic transaction, or other agreement between Buyer and Seller (collectively, the “Agreement”), whether written, electronic, or verbal.
  3. Quotation Expiration
    All written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Seller reserves the right to withdraw any quotation not accepted within this period.
  4. Pricing
    All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include freight, shipping insurance, sales tax, use tax, excise tax, or other governmental charges unless expressly stated.
  5. Taxes
    Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, or assessments imposed by federal, state, or local authorities, excluding Seller’s income taxes.
  6. Terms of Payment
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
    Parts: Payment due at time of order
    Services & Custom Builds: 50% payment due at time of sale, remaining balance prior to shipment
    Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by law. Buyer is responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees.
    If shipment is delayed at Buyer’s request, payment remains due per invoice terms and Seller may assess storage and handling fees.
  7. Security Interest
    Buyer grants Seller a security interest in all Equipment sold until paid in full. Seller retains all rights of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code.
  8. Limited Warranty – Disclaimer
    Seller’s warranty obligations are limited to any transferable manufacturer warranty. Seller makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
    Buyer assumes full responsibility for determining that the Equipment meets Buyer’s intended use.
  9. Delivery
    Delivery dates are estimates only. Seller is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including supply chain delays, acts of God, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
  10. Title and Risk of Loss
    Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer F.O.B. Seller’s facility or manufacturer’s facility, unless otherwise stated.
  11. Inspection and Acceptance
    Buyer must inspect Equipment within 14 days of receipt and notify Seller in writing of defects or nonconformance. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.
    Shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
  12. Returns
    Firearm sales are final. See return policy for complete details.
  13. Cancellation or Termination
    If Buyer cancels or defaults, Buyer shall pay all incurred costs, including restocking fees (minimum 20%) and manufacturer charges. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price.
  14. Errors
    Seller reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors at any time.
  15. Technical Support
    Technical support is not included unless stated. Any support provided is billable and Buyer’s sole remedy is corrective support.
  16. Entire Agreement & Waiver
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement. No modification or waiver is valid unless in writing and signed by Seller.
    Seller objects to any conflicting terms submitted by Buyer.
  17. Compliance with Laws
    Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws related to possession, use, and operation of Equipment and agrees to indemnify Seller against related claims.
  18. Export Control
    Equipment may be subject to ITAR, EAR, and other U.S. export laws. Buyer certifies compliance and understands Seller will not ship items requiring export authorization without approval.
  19. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  20. Authority
    Each party represents it has authority to enter into this Agreement.
  21. Lead Times
    By submitting parts or deposits for custom rifle builds, Buyer agrees to lead times of 5–20 weeks, provided all components are available.
  22. Rifle Parts
    Used rifle parts are non-returnable. Manufacturer defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Unused returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
